The initial tension refers to the force with which the wires in the body part try to adhere to each other, and it can be adjusted by our manufacturer's force. The hook on the right side is a "U hook," while the hook on the left side is a special shape not specified by JIS standards. Both hooks are smaller than the body, but of course, they can be processed to be smaller or larger. After spring forming, heat treatment (low-temperature annealing) is performed, and rust prevention oil is applied before shipping.
